End of Tenancy cleaning provides a thorough and detailed clean of the entire property. The service includes removal of cobwebs, dusting and wiping skirting boards, doors, handles, and light switches, cleaning internal windows and frames, wiping radiators, and deep vacuuming and mopping of all floors.

Accessible areas behind and under furniture and appliances are cleaned, and bins emptied and wiped. The kitchen receives deep cleaning including cupboards, drawers, oven, hob, grill, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tiles, sink, and floor. Bathrooms are treated with full limescale removal, cleaning and polishing of all sanitary ware and mirrors, surface disinfection, and floor mopping.

Bedrooms and living areas include wardrobe and drawer cleaning, shelf and light fitting wiping, curtain rail and blind dusting, and final detailed dusting of all surfaces for a spotless finish.

Cleaning includes whole property

• Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners
• Dust and wipe all skirting boards, doors, handles, and light switches
• Clean internal windows, frames, and sills
• Wipe radiators and heater covers
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors thoroughly
• Clean behind and under furniture and appliances (if accessible)
• Empty and wipe inside bins

Kitchen

• Deep clean inside and outside of all cupboards and drawers
• Clean and degrease extractor fan/filter
• Clean oven, hob, and grill (inside and out)
• Clean fridge and freezer (defrost if needed)
• Clean inside and outside of microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine
• Wipe tiles and remove any grease or marks
• Clean sink, taps, and all surfaces
• Mop floor

Bathroom(s)

• Full limescale removal from tiles, shower screen, taps, and shower head
• Clean inside and outside of toilet, sink, bath, and/or shower
• Clean and polish all mirrors and glass
• Wipe inside drawers or cabinets
• Disinfect all surfaces and mop floor
Bedrooms & Living Areas:
• Clean inside wardrobes, drawers, and other storage
• Wipe down shelves and light fittings
• Clean curtain rails and blinds (dust only unless otherwise agreed)
• Final dusting and detailing of all surfaces
